Investigations
The TRA will initiate an investigation if it considers that a Licensed Operator may have violated the provisions of the Telecommunications Law or any other applicable legal instrument(s).
The TRA will frequently inform the market of its ongoing investigations in order to carry out its duties in a more transparent manner and when necessary. It is important to note that an investigation by the TRA does not necessarily mean the Licensed Operator has done anything wrong. Not all investigations result in a finding of a breach of any applicable legal instrument(s).
