A Licence for the operation of a Telecommunications Network or for the provision of Telecommunications services may be granted for a finite period of time by the Authority by way of either an Individual Licence or a Class Licence in accordance with the provisions of Articles 29 and 32 of this Law.
An application for a Telecommunications Licence shall be made in writing addressed to the Authority in the form prepared by the Authority for this purpose and accompanied by such information and evidence of payment of the application fees as determined by the Authority by a resolution issued in accordance with the provisions of this Law. The Authority shall notify the applicant in writing within fourteen days of its receipt of the application.
